Our project, consisting of 17 independent parts in total, consisting of villas, residence apartments with modern living areas in detached plots of 650 m2, 450 m2 and 400 m2 and an accompanying boutique hotel on the seafront, was completed and delivered to our owners in the summer of 2019. In our project, which constructed on an area of 10,000 m2 and serves with the concept of “Residences & Hotel”, our landlords enjoy the comfort provided by the hotel at any time while enjoying their holidays in peace on their own private beaches. Our owners, who can spend time with nature, on the seashore or in social areas at any time, live a happy, peaceful and safe life.
These villas and residences are designed in accordance with the latest system smart home technology with a detached pool, private parking, each corner of which is a peaceful and comfortable living area, surrounded by greenery. Our project, which we have built mechanically and technically with the best materials, the highest quality workmanship and the most special designs, is also equipped with systems that protect the ecological order and nature.
We believe that we have added a plus value to our city with this special project, which we have adopted as a principle of solid structure and innovative point of view, and designed by synthesizing our architectural and cultural knowledge.
